It is my honor to work under Dr. Nishimura’s leadership at International Collaboration Unit of iACT. My role is to assist global academic research collaboration, deployment of international clinical research, seed matching/license-out, and promote academia-industry cooperation for prospective research development. ICN (International Clinical Trial Center Network) and CRIGH (Clinical Research Initiative for Global Health) are the major global networking channels we have engaged. We also actively participate in the ICN and CRIGH working groups. iACT has contributed articles sharing clinical research related updates in ICN newsletters. Apart from that, we have country partners facilitating our local networking. Looking into the future, we plan to expand the Asia collaboration network scope in preparation of diversified international research, and to establish a practical database, Asia Campus, providing nationwide regulatory and ethics outlook in clinical trial for relevant stakeholders.
